Dana L. Desenberg

Dana has a broad business and transactional practice representing individuals, entrepreneurs, private equity and companies in a wide range of industries in all stages of development.  Dana regularly advises her clients on entity formation, financing and purchases and sales of businesses. Dana also specializes in franchise law, including mergers and acquisitions, representing franchisors, franchisees and area developers.  Many of Dana’s clients call on her to act as their outside general counsel advising them on legal as well as business and strategic issues.  Dana is a quick learner and takes a common sense approach to her work.
